Shipping Policy
At WifeLife Design, we aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Please read the information below about processing times, shipping costs and delivery.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm AWST, excluding Western Australian public holidays.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, public holidays or delays with the delivery service.
Australian shipping
We ship Australian orders with Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and parcel weight. Free shipping applies to Australian orders of $150 or more.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, please use your Australia Post tracking link for the estimated delivery date.
International shipping
We ship to the international destinations available at checkout.
International shipping, including to the United States, is a flat rate of $20 AUD per order for parcels weighing up to 250g $55 for orders weighing 1kg-1.5kg. If your order is priced in another currency, such as US dollars, the shipping amount shown at checkout is converted at checkout. Free shipping applies to Australian orders only.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Your tracking link will provide an estimated delivery date once your order has been dispatched.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or taxes payable in their destination country.
Large orders
For orders over 20 kg, please email us at wifelifedesign@gmail.com before placing your order, as shipping options may not be available at checkout.
Shipping addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, email us at wifelifedesign@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only change the shipping address before your order has been packed.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, please contact us at wifelifedesign@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll work with you and Australia Post to investigate and help resolve the matter.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
