Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the WifeLife Design online store and place an order. By placing an order, you agree to them.
About us. This store is operated by DLCA Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 33 679 132 739) trading as WifeLife Design, based in Western Australia. Contact: wifelifedesign@gmail.com
Products and prices. We try to show our products, colours and sizes accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Prices for orders delivered in Australia include GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). Orders delivered to the United States are priced in US dollars (USD). Orders delivered to all other countries are priced in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.
Orders. When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming it. Please check it and contact us at wifelifedesign@gmail.com if anything is wrong. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there’s an obvious pricing error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel your order before it has been packed. Once it has shipped, our Refund and Returns Policy applies. We don’t offer lay-by or holds, so orders must be paid at checkout using one of the payment methods below.
Payment. We accept credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we don’t see or store your full card details. If you pay with Afterpay or PayPal, their terms also apply.
International orders. For orders outside Australia, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges and currency conversion fees charged in your country.
Shipping, returns and privacy. Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
Your consumer rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where these terms and those laws conflict, the law prevails.
Our liability. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and to the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store.
Intellectual property. The photos, text, logos and designs on this store belong to WifeLife Design or our licensors. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
